HOW THIS WORKS
While how we chose to work together may vary from client to client based on goals and preferences, where we start generally looks the same.
FREE “FIT” CALL, 15 MIN
This call allows us to touch base and ensure I’m the right practitioner for you. This is a great space to share your general goals and a brief history. No health-specific advice will be given at this time.
NEW CLIENT CONSULT, ~60-90MIN
Once we decide to move forward together, the next step is to start the digging. This is where we really begin to pull together your health history and work to connect the dots. In preparation for the meeting, you’ll be sent intake forms including a detailed personal history and an extensive symptoms assessment questionnaire. You’ll also be asked to fill out a few days of a Food & Mood journal and you’ll have the option to have labs done. In our consult meeting, we will review your information and work to fill in any blanks as well as discuss and edit a recommended course of action. Recommendations may include diet, lifestyle and/or supplements.
PROGRESS CONSULTS, ~45-60MIN
We will work together to assess how often we meet dependent on your goals, the roadmap ahead of us and your personal success style.
FUNCTIONAL LAB REVIEW, ~45-60MIN
While functional lab review is typically included in the work I do with clients who I work with long-term, I also offer is a-la-cart for those looking for a quick check-in or jumping-off point. A functional lab review can include ordering labs (or giving you a list of recommended labs to have done with insurance via your primary care) and a one-on-one review of what your labs results could show us. I use ranges that better reflect a healthy individual and tie patterns together to give us insights into your health. Some clients walk away with an idea of nutritional imbalances needing attention, what organs are asking for help, how their immune system is functioning, if we suspect an infection or parasites… and more. Often times clients come to me after being told their labs “look good”, only for us to find out that that isn’t the full picture.
